Hobson's Pledge used a photo of Rotorua Mayor Tania Tapsell on a Facebook post criticising Maaori wards, despite her strongly worded request they not use her photo. Hobon's Pledge excuse was the photo is on the Rotorua Council website so it's fair game. 🙄 #NZpol
