I will admit to being slightly confused as to why Thunderbolts is the preferred of the two versus First Steps, though the consensus seems to be they’re both varying degrees of decent. I thought First Steps’ family angle and aesthetic were breaths of fresh air.

Eh I liked First Steps a lot but it’s a 7/10 and Thunderbolts is an 8.5/10. Ensemble work, and getting more from less. Plus, there’s just nobody in F4 as magnetic as Florence Pugh, she’s just great

I really liked First Steps, I agree it could have been funner and goofier but I think the balance struck was fine and I'm hopeful for what they may do with the new villain

Just finished Thunderbolts and I agree. Both good films but the issues I have with Thunderbolts are definitely less than those I had with F4FS, TB up there with the better MCU movies
