I never finished it because my PS2 disc was burned wrong. Guess I'll have to start the whole trilogy again and maybe even Forgotten Sands too, that one seemed okayish?

If you play them I wouldn't recommend the one right after forgotten sands that was a semi reboot (2008). It has some fun art and music and stuff, but it has essentially just qte's for combat and the actual game is extremely linear collectathon assassins creed platforming to gatekeep story.
Oh I played that one and loved it a lot actually. I have a soft spot for it. I picked it up again a year ago on PS3 and I'm somehow relieved that it wasn't just my PC back in the day that ran it like shit. It's mostly a mindless vibes, extremely comfort game to me even as repetitive as it was.
And it's also super interesting to see the Anvil engine used for something other than Assassin's Creed.
Fair enough, I just had it as a kid and skipped to a location ahead to a boss that required a previous boss to be defeated, but I thought I just wasn't mashing the button hard enough, or didn't collect enough of those dam orbs. So I only have bad memories of the game.
(I had burned that disc, I was impatient and probably used the wrong brand or write speed)
