What color were the tomatoes you used to make it?
They were a mix of varieties out of my garden. A bunch of red plum tomatoes, Red Siletz, yellow brandywine, Black Krim, some various cherry tomatoes. Any combination will do. You can also used whole canned tomatoes.
Right. I was just curious because of the orange color. ;)
I don’t suppose since you were out in the garden already - did you whip us up a fabulous cobbler for dessert?
Now, funny you should mention that! I just found a recipe for fudgy brownies ... using zucchini! Maybe that'll be my next post.
