They should not be called Republicans ever again. That party has no similarity to what it was established as or ran as for nearly 2 centuries

Trump has absurdified the party. It stands for nothing. It abuses every value It claims to have. It's a meaningless ideology. Unless you like grifting, violence, and sex criminals. Those seem to be the only "values" consistently protected.

So, such an opportunistic libertarian supports him to remove all political opponents in a fascistic way, and then he‘ll stop being a dictator and be nice like real presidents.

I think he realizes what a useful idiot Trump is, but somehow believes that he and Libertarians like him wouldn’t abide by someone who ultimately installs himself as a tyrannical dictator for life.
