Some of the terms in the Third Way report *are* plain language, they're just plain language about ideas and people Third Way doesn't want to hear about or from.

Third Way is a centrist Democratic think tank, detractors frequently describe it as 'neoliberal'. They always have the same advice: tack to the center and use language that appeals to "both sides". en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Third_W...
