1800 sq ft is the size of the house we bought here in Oregon when we moved back a few years ago. Single story and plenty of room for us at this point in our lives. It's good your getting to the point you can put all the disruption behind you and start enjoying your life again.
It’s a good size for living but our previous houses were much larger so we have large pieces. 🤷♀️😂
