Russia’s Foreign Ministry says Sergey Lavrov will take part in the upcoming US–Russia summit in Alaska. Moscow also claims that the four Ukrainian regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson have already been added to its “constitution.”
