Just keep in mind: to CREATE a missile like this, test it, OK it, and set it for mass production, it'll take an extreme event for dozens of these not to be fired off. So, I'd start expecting very soon, we will start to see some incredibly damaging footage in Ru that will tip the war massively to Ukr

Serious question. Does the much lower speed of a subsonic cruise missile vs super-sonic ATACMS make them a lot less effective, or does the vastly higher payload offset this due to the effect of each successful strike?

A 1 ton payload is pretty effective. If you are referring the potential for the slower missiles to be intercepted the Ukrainians have been effective in blinding anti air defenses.

It changes if it can enter mass production (under daily heavy bombardments). We've heard about domestic ballistic missiles for years now. And they're nowhere to be seen. So a huge grain of salt here.
