As far as I understood, China and India buy oil and they refine it, so the attacks to the refineries does not affect export of raw oil. It does indeed push Russia to put even more oil in the market because they can’t process it at home in rising the output but killing the margins.

The more acute the gasoline shortage becomes the more drastic the situation will be in Crimea when the Kerch bridge comes down. Isolate the Russians in Crimea, conduct ops against them, offer them safe passage, and destroy them if they continue Putin's imperial theft of a sovereign nations land.
