There used to be a place near me in fl that was only open occasionally with no pattern and no hours posted. It was run by a guy in his 70s who was easing into retiring and I think he just made pizza when he felt like it. It was damn good.

Totonno's has posted hours (I think Sat and Sun noon–5:30?) but it feels random. I always forget and go there outside those hours and the place is closed. Great pizza!
