No states reported zero votes for Harris. No counties reported zero votes for Harris. A few precincts recorded zero votes just like some Philadelphia precincts gave Obama 100% of the votes, or for Mitt Romney in rural Utah.

The main difference is that these weren’t rural precincts. These precincts went for a democrat down ballot. That’s why this lawsuit is proceeding to discovery.

Actually no, the reason this lawsuit is going to discovery is because of people who said they voted for Sare but their votes apparently didn’t reflect that choice.

There is of course a non-zero chance that it was. However voter affidavits are notoriously unreliable so we will have to wait for the case to be adjudicated. The candidate herself has withdrawn from the lawsuit.

ETA began as an all volunteer group who through statistical analysis noticed patterns consistent with a vote flipping algorithm, which has been used in other countries like Russia and Georgia. They are pushing for hand recounts of these paper ballots because proper audits were not conducted.

I can show you a study using FBI generated data that says states where they allow open carry are safer than those that don't. upon peer review, it was found the data was cut to get the results described. I want the data and analysis peer reviewed as I do not have that ability.
