Actually no, the reason this lawsuit is going to discovery is because of people who said they voted for Sare but their votes apparently didn’t reflect that choice.

There is of course a non-zero chance that it was. However voter affidavits are notoriously unreliable so we will have to wait for the case to be adjudicated. The candidate herself has withdrawn from the lawsuit.
