I really believe Canada is being singled out by the US for extra punishment because we have not bent the knee and we have defended our sovereignty. The US really expected Canada to capitulate. We have been united and a single voice against Trump’s bullying.

I think this is premature and the wrong format. I am an advocate of a civil defense force similar to what Finland has but I am not in favour of rogue groups being trained to defend/hold cities. I believe Denmark is embarking on a similiar plan.
It’s illegal to start or join a militia in Canada but it’s not illegal to train, or understand the logistics. We need to learn combat tactics, 1st Aid, self sufficiency, build community, etc. What do you think 45 is going to do with all that tariff money? I believe, to invade Canada- Putin style!
I think he is going to feed it to his cronies and his family. He is all about greed. The harm to Canada comes from disabling our economy, values and our spirit. This will make us easy pickings for foreign investors.
