"No one was driving 'inappropriately'"?? The motorcyclist hit a lit-up emergency vehicle and a person! He clearly was not driving with due care and ended up murdering someone. Why is everyone insisting on letting them off the hook??

The night I was hit by a speeding car, there were multiple other accidents and that may have contributed to the hospital releasing me prematurely, labeling a traumatic brain injury as merely a concussion. Spokane needs improved traffic control to force drivers to do better.
