Affidavits like this, where she got maybe five votes in total but seven people told her they voted for her, are automatically suspect because there’s an inherent pressure in people telling the candidate what they want to hear. Anything else included in the lawsuit is just static.
The candidate who is named in the suit captured 0.2% of the vote. Most of the precincts gave her vote totals in the single digits. There aren’t a large number of independent votes missing in any numbers that I’ve seen but I’d like to know what you’re seeing

IIRC counties in NY perform risk limiting audits as a normal part of post election management, but recounts require strong evidence of a problem. And at least in Rockland County it hasn’t risen to that level. The Senate candidate who filed the suit got less than .2% of the vote.
If you look up the precincts in Orange County NY you’ll find the exact same voting patterns for Harris in precincts comprised of these Hasidic Jews.
It’s actually not statistically impossible. The same thing happened with Biden in 2020. Those precincts are comprised of ultra Orthodox Jews who practice what is known as bloc voting as instructed by their rabbis. It’s a well known situation in Ramapo where these districts are located.

It could, but a nationwide recount would have no legal impact as the election was already certified. The only way Trump can be removed from office is by impeachment. There is no Constitutional remedy for a do-over election.

Actually if you look into the precinct results in Rockland County it’s not really suspicious at all. The Ultra Orthodox Jewish community there practices bloc voting. Same thing happened in Orange County in their Jewish enclaves Biden got zero votes in some of these same precincts in 2020

No one is arguing the court case isn’t real. What isn’t true is what these poorly written are saying: that people are claiming they voted for Harris and their votes weren’t counted. There are no affidavits in this case alleging that for Harris.
