It could, but a nationwide recount would have no legal impact as the election was already certified. The only way Trump can be removed from office is by impeachment. There is no Constitutional remedy for a do-over election.

So someone can steal the election be certified as president and there’s nothing that could be done. That doesn’t sound right that’s not a free and fair election so then the certification would be Null and void.

There is nothing other than impeachment that can remove a sitting president. If there’s enough evidence Congress can impeach but we both know they won’t.
