IIRC counties in NY perform risk limiting audits as a normal part of post election management, but recounts require strong evidence of a problem. And at least in Rockland County it hasn’t risen to that level. The Senate candidate who filed the suit got less than .2% of the vote.

That source in particular (Marijuana Times) is AI driven crap. The NYSC judge simply advanced the case and did not actually order a full hand recount. The plaintiffs are asking for a full hand recount as a remedy, but no judge has approved that action.

And why should believe you that the case is weak (from another of your posts in that other thread)? Apparently a large number of the Independent votes don't show in the vote totals at all, why isn't that suspect?
I have no idea what you're talking about. A handful of Sare's neighbors told Sare directly they voted for her. She got statements from a few more than the county reported. Were they being truthful (or polite)? Large number?

I simply looked at the county site and downloaded the vote totals. It seems simply insane how some of those districts voted relative to Gildbrand and Trump and Harris. Seems nuts.

I would encourage you to review case documents (both filing and the county response) and stop getting "news" from random tik-tok posts I would also encourage you to look at what the remaining plaintiff says on podcasts and press releases versus what they actually file in court.
The candidate who is named in the suit captured 0.2% of the vote. Most of the precincts gave her vote totals in the single digits. There aren’t a large number of independent votes missing in any numbers that I’ve seen but I’d like to know what you’re seeing
Affidavits like this, where she got maybe five votes in total but seven people told her they voted for her, are automatically suspect because there’s an inherent pressure in people telling the candidate what they want to hear. Anything else included in the lawsuit is just static.
