That September trial is on hold until November 11th as the judge considers a motion to dismiss.

Thank you for the update. I hadn’t read anything lately. Yep. I thought that might happen. Motions to dismiss are routine, though in every trial. I don’t have stats but most are denied. Still…it could happen.

Would you be less suspect about what happened if you knew that Joe Biden received zero votes in those same precincts in 2020? If you knew that Hasidic bloc voting is well documented and expected?

I am aware of that. But there are enough people in that area that have said the math ain’t mathing so it should be settled in court if we are to say our elections are safe, secure and accurate. Not counting votes or changing them isn’t that.

It only takes one person to file a lawsuit. Now the courts will decide whether it moves forward. It’s hard to believe that Harris lost all 7 battle grounds. If she would have contested even just 1 of them, that would have settled it. So the NY case is all there is left.
