He seems to have said the fairness issue was a concern. I honestly don't see what you sent me as an "attack". Is there more to his comments that attack the community? Serious question.

The transgender sports question is being exploited as leverage against Democrats, and in turn is the political dogwhistle for transphobic people and politicians to rally around. By engaging with the bad-faith question (especially for national politics), he is tacitly attacking the trans community.
