Help me out here. From WSJ 💩admin to receive 15% of AMD &Nvidia China AI sales as part of a deal to approve exports. That could amount to $Bs given demand for the chips and is “the latest example of the White House employing NOVEL TACTICS to raise revenue” Aren’t those “novel tactics” ILLEGAL???

The only reason I can think of for the administration to extract 15% for chips made by Nvidia going to China is that Trump is going to steal the money.
