If you go into the detailed report within the article, the researchers at three different universities, followed the children’s health while the coal plant was operating and then have followed the community health since it shuttered. So the data is strong that coal causes resp problems-of course!

Since the coal plant closed in 2016, researchers have tracked respiratory and cardiovascular ER visits & hospitalizations before & after the shutdown-finding dramatic improvement..an immediate 20% decrease in weekly ER visits for respiratory problems & a 40% decrease in visits for pediatric asthma

Appropriations committee headed by Susan Collins rejected Democrats amendment aimed at blocking Trump from taking Qatari Jet after he leaves..They already reallocated almost a $B to refurbish the plane which was earmarked maintenance of nucs & ignores the emoluments clause of the Constitution.

Well, as a child, I lived in a Third World country and felt very superior on my military base that Americans didn’t live in a country where you had to worry whether the water was clean or your food was safe or there were no doctors – but surprise! Thanks to SCOTUS I do now!
