What exactly do you want the three Honorable Justices to do beyond the excellent dissents we have already seen? Duel?

I am not an attorney. I have read the U.S. Constitution. I think suggesting a duel is reductio ad absurdum. I would like something more than "I respectfully dissent" I don't know what SC Justices are allowed to say. I feel they could and should be doing more than they are, you seem to differ.

The dissents have been hard-hitting.

Have you been reading their dissents? They are saying much more than that.

No, I haven't. Yes they are saying much more, in their judicially reserved manner. I feel that you, dear Lawyer Lady, are missing my point. ~ They are saying. They are writing. My question is—what are action are they taking?

But you won't say what, exactly, you want them to do. Justice Kentaji Brown Jackson is not writing in a reserved manner. Read her dissents if some feistiness is what you're looking for. This op-ed discusses her style of writing & the potency of her word choices. www.nytimes.com/2025/07/24/a...
