It's a solid indestructible mana rock with late game upside. I dont even think there's a power level problem here. 7 mana gets Sheoldred 1.0, and nobody is clamoring for solutions there.

Yeah but Sheoldred 1.0 doesn't do anything if you start the game with her in hand or draw her by turn 2 and this mana ramps you in monoblack, is immune to lots of artifact removal, and becomes half a sheoldred later at instant speed.
If there's one in each color then these will be auto includes in every mono color and possibly every two color commander deck. (But maybe those decks needed some help honestly. With commander being dominated by 3, 4, and 5 color decks in many cases.)
Mono color it's a shoe in. 2+ is starts losing some stock because it's a "more color" rock and not a fixing rock. If the harness effect is only a nice side effect,it has to fight on the utility front for signets, fellwar stone, etc. Unless getting BBx is important.
Yeah that's why I wouldn't go to 3 color decks, but there really is only one two color signet, one talisman, one fellwar stone (I'm personally not a huge fan of this one but I guess it's fine), and one arcane signet in most two color decks. Green decks might not want this, but
I think you should have enough slots for a 5th 2 mana ramp source. My 3 color decks run a lot more mana ramp than 2 color decks even have access to generally. Unless your curve is really really low and you don't need to double spell, it seems worth it.
