And I thought Paranormal Activity was a comedy… someone was really offended that I was laughing so hard in the theater (still one of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen along with 50 Shades Darker). And the computer screen horror movies are ludicrous, too.
That’s why I’d rather watch a movie like The Conjuring, which bored me to tears (ghosts have never scared me), but at least it’s a straightforward narrative feature. Take my money and keep making those.
Paranormal Activity was awful! I don’t think a horror movie has scared me since I was kid. Maybe a slasher movie back in the day like Candyman? Then again, I *loved* Freddy Krueger as a kid lol The Exorcist was also funny to me. She’s out here barfing, pissing on the carpet, cussing out a priest…
