The Armageddon Sentinel is done! Vehicles are such a joy to paint, this only took a couple hours of work overall (not counting the time it took washes and mud to dry) and I’m very happy with how it came out. #imperialguard #paintingwarhammer

Funny how people have vastly different ways to enjoy the same hobby - I HATE painting vehicles 🤪🤪 large surfaces of same shade are the bane of my existence. Thank the God Emperror for spray paints. The sentinel looks pretty nice, tho I’m just not the fan of the ASL color scheme in general.

I own an airbrush but have never been able to make it work the way I want, which is too bad because that would cut down my paint time even more. But what I love about vehicles is just being able to spray, wash, drybrush and be done. It’s harder to distill infantry down to those basic steps.

I own an airbrush too but I couldn’t get it to work reliably as well. A couple of times it was ok, other times it was just a fight to get anything out so in the end I just ditched it.

Don’t get me wrong I really enjoy painting infantry but it’s just so much more work!
