My dad had a hummingbird feeder hanging outside his kitchen window. There was a stained glass light over his table that would reflect a red spot on the window. When the feeder was empty, they would lick the red reflection. He crabbed about the window tongue prints he constantly had to clean off. 😆

We have two hummingbirds that have been competing for our pool-deck feeder all summer. Every evening while I'm cleaning up dinner, I get a fantastic view out of the large picture window over my kitchen sink like I have a front-row seat to my own private miniature Top Gun dogfight.
