Stop hiring executives and Thought Leaders and just improve on people want. They don’t want AI pushing itself into everything (and requiring a subscription). They want to do what they do now, fast. Iterative improvements are okay. You aren’t Steve Jobs.

no one asked for AI in MS Paint and Notepad. No one wants Recall. An AI sidebar that lets you choose between models that meet some modicum of privacy standard is fine. Make AI opt-in and make a switch to ban it easily.
