Its almost like he intentionally provoked the attack. At worse, he was "ignorant". Either way, its hard to claim self defense when you go to a riot with a gun full of people who dont take to to well to authoritarian actions. But well have to agree to disagree.

He went with Dominick Black because they were asked to defend property. That was not, by itself, provocation. Even in that context, he had right of expectation not to be attacked in the street. There was nothing to suggest that he ever did anything to Joseph Rosenbaum. Rosenbaum was a lunatic.

They tried that once and it didn’t go too well for them.

No he didnt. You dont walk down inner streets brandishing a rifle like that. And i hate to say it..especially if you are a 95lb white boy. That is asking to get killed. If he didnt expect to get attacked, hes a fucking idiot.

And again, you are ignoring the context. Scores of people were in Kenosha openly armed with rifles. Nobody gave him a second look. He wasn’t conspicuous.

Everybody has a right to expect not to be attacked in the street if they are not doing anything unlawful. You cannot just attack somebody because you don’t like the cut of their jib, or because you think they are asking for it. Come on.

WI is an open carry state & Kyle was amongst 100's of people who were similarly armed. There is no scenario where it's acceptable to attack someone for simply being armed. Additionally, there's no scenario where being armed forfeits your right to self defense.
