I need to know how any of this can happen, and how it’s not because somebody forgot to heat something once, but that it happens all the time. Do people even eat the cheese? Are the fries cold too? Is this not a crime in Britain?

Usually “cheesy chips” is a cheap takeaway snack with melted cheese, kind of like on nachos, but over chips, and up north with added beef gravy. It’s not that bad. But for some odd reason it’s become a lower league football staple to serve the cheese cold, baffles me, intrigues me.

I had nachos there once and the cheese was unmelted, with a side of jam. They don't understand the melting bit. As my wife has said (we lived in UK for 15 years) 'the top 5 worst things I've ever eaten have been in Britain'.

I had tuna fish pizza in Japan and it was actually really good and if Japan can get American food wrong and still have it be good I think they win.
