It would be really interesting to see how much that affects trans people's lifespans. I suspect it's an accumulative dose-dependant effect, so that the ones who start younger see the most effects.

see the issue with that is you kinda need to do it to specifically people with no particular feelings on gender at all because otherwise the effect is going to get lost in the noise of HRTs massive increase in life ex. for trans ppl who need it

Certainly, there is tons of noise to deal with in researching such a thing. Using the overall death ages is also wrong, because trans people are victims of innumerable other environmental factors that shorten their lives, which aren't attributable to their hormonal profile.
