Average ratings for movies etc have become meaningless due to review bombing. Case in point, Howard the duck got a standard distribution around 5/10 on IMDb. The acolyte got a flat graph with a peak at 1. Don’t trust scores without a standard distribution!

Ive become obsessed with this. Looking through IMDb user review graphs, any movie or series which is supposedly “woke” has an anomaly in its graphic. Try it yourself. Compare graphs for actually bad movies with “woke” ones.
