They just need to fix the rail and the gravel bed. Possibly some signalling lines. The carts are worth nothing and can be pushed aside. They have bazillions of them. So, maybe one or two weeks.

What do you think about the locomotives, the traction trains? Is there a huge amount there too?

Russia is an extremly large country that heavily relies on train transport. So, yes, there is a huge stock and this will "buff out". Also, i couldn't spot a damaged locomotive here or in yesterday's attack.

Take with a grian of salt. I don't think these are secrets and i'm not an expert at all. The main problems of russias rail system seems to be funding and human ressources.

Only if this had started in February 2022. They have thousands and thousands. But it does add up. Anything burning and broken makes it harder to continue.
