Tempo shift. Lot of things have happened, front & rear, and I think it's starting to impact the front. FSB is regularly taking down senior military officers. Their economy is deflating, tanking really. Attrition has stacked up a lot--down to dirt bikes, loaf vans, & donkeys. Unsustainable for long.
