Putin easily wins the war crime olympics. In the first three months of the war in Ukraine, Putin murdered more people that Israel has killed in Gaza throughout the whole conflict. Do you know what Mariupol is and what happened there? Do you know what the Russians inflict on Ukraine?

I assume you are 25 or younger to not know too young to know that Putin has been doing things outside of Ukraine, too? The Chechen wars alone likely eclipsed Gaza already. Then add russian supporting strikes on civilians in Syria and striking hospitals there to that.

Ukraine is lucky it got air defenses and military support on time to prevent more deaths, but russian occupation and forced conscription makes counting there harder, too (is a forcibly conscripted Ukrainian who dies in a russiaj military uniform still a civilian?).
