I think it’s bc he’s one of the few Kennedys left standing & he thinks somehow this means something other than he wasn’t popular enough to kill & has marginally better luck.

Yeah. He's the Zagnut bar in the vending machine that ONE person tried to buy years ago, but it got stuck and no one bothered to shake the machine or buy the one behind it because why would anyone want that?
