"Bring one partner or spouse" seems to cover it fine. Ideally workplaces aim to glide over these differences and prefer reasonable diversity by ignoring differences in most cases, rather than making everyone get on board with some progressive social reality.

Of course, you're not gonna make everyone happy. If someone is poly and wants to bring five partners, it's probably best to say no to that.
