the only bad part about it is one of the developers wants to call it little brooklyn and i wish so bad this could be mind wiped

The first building — the 40-storey building now under construction — is called "The Arrows," after the Dartmouth baseball team of the same name. Again, I'm not a fan. But in terms of marketing of this sort of thing goes, I understand it.
