In context in my opinion the best would be people that have had professional massage training and are certified. Going to Tibet and learning their art would be a plus on their resume.

No, but avoided surgery using acupuncture. Will research the other massage methods you mentioned

SI is the best. They basically rebuild you. It seems a lot because they like to start with 10 visits, but once you complete those, you can schedule weekly, bi weekly visits as necessary.
