Vote by mail is the entire mechanism of voting in Colorado and Oregon! They are simply not going to construct an entirely new voting system for Donald Trump.

Right like Oregon has zero infrastructure, personnel, etc for in-person voting. Even if they wanted to comply, I'm not sure they could before 2028

There is, unfortunately, a petition going around to get an initiative to end mail-in voting in Oregon. I haven’t looked at their estimated timeline but a) they’re nuts and b) the bugs wouldn’t be worked out by 2028, leaving plenty of room for challenges (by either party)
