Talked to some Gen Z'ers waiting in line for a concert, obvious but strange epiphany hit me about the younger generations growing up with smartphones completely online all the time.

I feel like generations labeling needs to change because of things like this. For most millennials, we grew up almost entirely in the old world but have used Google since inception. Cell phones weren’t a thing until about High School. Feels like it should be based on how people learn/socialize.
