This is partially true but we are already feeling the effects of labour shortage. It will get even worse when the aging population starts to bite. It's particularly worrying for places like South Korea. It's a problem as serious as climate change that people will not notice untill it's too late

I reject the premise, but: if the US needed more laborers, all it would have to do is stop deporting them. Growing them from conception is a very inefficient way to get laborers, unless the problem is that you only want white ones

And it's not just labourors. Young people are the driving force of innovation, culture and artistic expression. They are a source of new ideas, new ways of thinking. They will also be responsible for preserving history, traditions and skills. It's not merely transactional

The thing is importing labour is only a quick fix bandaid to some deep structural issues. They will want to go home eventually or stay and syncronise with local birthrates in a generation or 2. It's just kicking the can down the road. Quick fix solutions never fix long term problems.

I may need some time to read, digest and consider the points. My reply will take some time

That's just not true. Look at turn of the century US 1900s. Everything you are saying is directly countered. Immigration policy brought in hundreds of thousands (who were poor I might add) and it led to the baby boom several generations later.

The local birthrates were much higher in the early 1900s. While immigration has been hugely helpful and beneficial it was a factor of success rather than the main reason.
