More accurately, I should have said "a plan to help deal with many American's perception of crime." But that is hard to do, with Fox News, Facebook, Twitter, local news, etc. continuing to hammer away at the crime "problem" in the United States.

Yeah its kinda impossible to "deal with crime" when "dealing with crime" means "the news never mentions it"
