Some of them have good points and it's still not productive. I always tell leftists being right is only 20% of politics. The other 80% is convincing other people. Or I used to say that back when I engaged with them. It's been awhile.

“I’m right but will also keep yelling at you if you change your mind to agree with me” is not a great sales pitch, and particularly when, as in this case, the person already did the thing you wanted!
