I didn't like the music, thought the characters were trite and cliche, and the plot was rushed and massively underdeveloped

Its eh, like great value oreos, perfectly serviceable but not spectacular
I haven’t seen it but it’s existence repulses me conceptually
Agree to disagree.
The original pitch was supposed to clock in at 3 hours supposedly so no wonder it felt rushed.
While that might help some of my issues, i absolutely understand NOT wanting a 3hr kids movie, 90 minutes is the absolute limit
Oh no, I agree. Honestly it probably should've been a show but then technically quality would have suffered and it most likely would never have been as successful due to being aimed at children.
You're just old, stop being old, go outside and yell at clouds oldster. It wasn't bad, I can see it's appeal to the youngs, it's no The Secret of Nimh or Frozen, it could have stood to be a 8-16 episode series and get some series lore digging, but then I'd have never bothered watching all of it...
... as I hate musicals that aren't comedies and this would have leaned to much into the supernatural and the romance nonsense, and not enough into comedy (which there really isn't any beyond some mild situational stuff).
😭 i liked it i think its cute and i liked the songs but i also think some fans are a bit much but that might be because its Kpop also the tiger is great do not disrespect him
Did like the tiger and the bird. Also the animation was great, the doctor scene had me on the ground laughing
idk I thought the sex scenes were pretty good.
Its cool I'm missing absolutely nothing by not having Netflix
Netflix lies about their numbers and literally no one I know has seen this movie lol. I am mildly interested in it but I am squarely outside of the demographic for it.
Based on what a friend with tween/teenage kids has told me, the core demographic can't fucking stop watching it, to the point he sees it multiple times a day when he's on WFH and I fully believe it.
