I'm amused by people who think that women make rituals out of this stuff, when my first sanitary products came from friends and most of us had no idea what size bra to even attempt to buy until another teenager hauled us somewhere that had salespeople who knew how to measure.

The best bit is that there are enough online tutorials showing you what to measure, and where. All you need is a tape measure. Can't believe teens who spend their lives online are still unable to avoid resorting to an embarrassing public incident with Mum.🙄
