This is where I pulled it from: "Visit afraid .org and set a subdomain up for yourself. Then, use the dynamic update script they have on there to set your server to automatically update the reference to your current IP. Your router might even have an option to run the dynamic update script itself."

I had been using a DDNS service (no-ip) but now thay im on a CGNAT that no longer seems to be working
