We have universal healthcare in the UK but homelessness and self medication are high. We just don't have the easy or legal access to guns. You (as a nation) know what's needed but don't want to do it.

My friends who have traveled the UK tell me your homeless population is very small per capita compared to that of the US. Plus, our population is much larger. As for firearms, yes, most of us know what needs to be done, but Trump & MAGA don't care who dies as long as they have their guns & ammo.
