Imagine knowing this and then having to watch a charismatic Democrat come along next who doesn’t fix anything and instead only makes it all permanent and expands upon it while half the population goes on an extended nap. Sounds wild but it happened from Bush to Obama and has gone on ever since.

Exactly. Fascism has been growing for decades, we just had no clue despite many sounding the alarm. It was slower and not as "in our face" but always growing.

Every dem president since Clinton has helped creep the fascism along. Not as fast or in your face as the republicans, but they helped. Until we realize we are pretty much on our own, things get worse. Most Dem leaders are fine with this and that’s why they aren’t mounting an effective opposition
