Oh, interesting. I love coming across posters who have an omniscient understanding of the sum total of all my knowledge, perspective, and experiences. You're certainly not making any great case for yourself here, my guy.

Well, you discount a material and rationale explanation as to why we are in this mess without coming up with a better answer. I can only assume that all your knowledge, perspective, and experiences have given you very little insight at all into the current state of things.
We can absolutely talk about material conditions but, I'm sorry, blaming Dems for GOP obstructionism and deregulation is ridiculous.
You haven’t been paying attention over the last 40 years then. Democrats have never pulled back republican excesses even when given the power and mandate to do so, they fail. They fail so often that one cannot be blamed for believing that Dems agree with what the republicans are doing.
Nah. I have been. I watched the GOP neuter the ACA, peel back labor protections, and enact catastrophic tax breaks. I'm so tired of you people blaming Dems because they're a softer target for your online angst. The simple fact is that we would not be here if Dems had been in charge continuously.
The Democratic Party neutered the ACA. It never effectively controlled costs, there are still 25 million people without health insurance. The ACA is a great example of Democratic ineptitude that brought us here. It put a new coat of paint on a condemned house and democrats thought their job was done
Joe Lieberman neutered the ACA. And, pray tell, how did one senator have that leverage? What other opposition party might have been involved hmmm?
What party was Joe Lieberman in? I’ll give you a hint he was Al Gore’s running mate in 2000.
Joe Lieberman - Wikipedia share.google/ikEjyNcgii43... Feel free to read through that first paragraph. He was an independent at the time hahaha. You people never have any facts to back up your bullshit.
It would be great if you were as tuned in as you are able to do apologia for your team with your unearned arrogance.
And you people never paid any attention to anything. Here’s me backing it up. www.npr.org/2009/09/29/1...
Formerly a democrat, but who was he caucusing with? Democrats. And also, Joe Lieberman didn’t kill all the reforms that Max Baucus. All meaningful reforms like the public option, and single payer died in his committee. It was a team effort not disturb Big Pharma, and the health insurance industry
